Just got the acceptance into the pilot pathway program (woo!). In the early time building phase. Any reason to not accept and wait for any $ opportunities that skywest may offer for recruitment? Or should I just accept this?

Skywest has never offered a FO signing bonus and I doubt they will need to. They are one of the best regionals, so they usually have plenty of applicants. Of course, things could always change in the future, but I think for at least the next year, there will be plenty of people to hire.
