Atlanta base 3.0?
Heard some rumors that Atlanta base might be on the horizon for SkyWest, again. Capacity issues are hitting all the regionals but heard from an Endeavor pilot that they are challenged with staffing. Heard from someone else internally at OO that Delta is looking at it. I'm aware that OO is focused on the west for Delta and there are a lot pieces moving around even more than usual right now. Just wanted to see if anyone else is hearing anything. Remember to not steal an Aha from your FA.

But like everything, nothing is set in stone until it happens.

The monthly vacancy has 64 175 upgrades available, compared to 45 on the CRJ, total 109 for November. Is this officially the first time more ERJ upgrades are available than CRJ? First time I’ve seen it.
Has the initial turn begun towards faster movement on the ERJ? It sure looks like it. CRJ will still be the quicker upgrade, but the ERJ will inch closer and closer each month. Two years ago I’d never had guessed. Good stuff.

When going for upgrades to CA, you're able to bid and flip to the ERJ from the CRJ side - correct?

It'll be interesting to watch how the transition happens for the 200's over the next couple of years with the 2025 target for dropping them completely (or so DL/UA have said anyway...). The overall numbers on the 2/7/9 have to come down with the 7/900 production being stopped.

You can always put your bid in for a transition upgrade. I've seen ERJ to CRJ but haven't seen CRJ to ERJ offered.
