That’s a good point. I guess I’m biased that no-shows are going to climb with what others are offering. I’m also unable to believe that many people are certificated pilots yet can’t pass some of the best training flying modern equipment with auto pilots, flight directors, giant moving maps in a dual crew environment. There has to be something else.
Also: I thought you were assigned a base around the end of systems, why wouldn’t their assigned base be on the seniority list?

Exactly. No Skywest unvaccinated crews allowed into Canada. This is going to require Skywest to require the vaccine to keep crews flying. Mandate incoming. Watch them all quit!!

we have crews that can’t go to Canada do to minor law issues..…they just have to bid avoid..

they manage making sure 2 Special tracking pilots don't flying together. Im sure they could handle this.. but i would love all the black helicopter guys man up and quite.. they talk but no action…
