Oh good hell, you have no idea if they want it or not. I know the one thing they don't want, and that is a union on the property, and this would seal the deal for sure.

Considering AA is not going to make it mandatory for their employee group, sounds they are on a fast track to having to shut the lights off and call it done according to your logic.

I disagree with what you have proposed. You can easily prove your idea though by listing the items in two columns.

Thanks for that. So what does that mean for when the pilot contract expires? Does it just extend at the same terms indefinitely?

no junior manning, no ready reserve, 200% open time, non base discriminatory travel benefits, union lawyer protection, adequate staffing so they don’t only get 12 days off month after month.

This seems reasonable, but it will never happen bc SAPA is useless.
