They moved an ERJ class and two CRJ classes ahead of me. Maybe I am mistaken on when seniority is set, but it feels strange that I had a number for almost 2 months then it changes it so drastically now.

Historically it is the first day of indoc, but I don't think they've ever had to move classes around like this

TFAYD, welcome to the Skybest family, where what the company needs trumps all. No need for a union here, regionals dont need unions! Am i rite?

I got an answer from Skywest. They now say that your seniority is based on the "indoc date of the ground school you attend." So basically ground school/systems training. There are pilots that were hired after me in later indoc classes that are now above me because they were not delayed. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me

I’m at 13 weeks…radio silence. A few people from my class got it scheduled. They are all lower seniority than me and finished their checkrides after me. My landing qual is now expired…have to go back to the sim for that. Very close at this point to not being able to meet consolidation requirements.
