Resets the consolidation or landing currency? I have had two friends go through differences who later had IOE removed from their schedule due to dequaling on landings. They still do not have IOE scheduled and were told they have to wait until they go back to sims for landings in order to get back in queue for IOE

It means everyone gets a line. Probably with as much flying that PBS can award, with the rest of the pairings thrown into open time. There were four domiciles with zero reserves on the FO side for April. As pilots get finished with IOE, they'll get assigned those left over pairings. They'll also bring in pilots from other domiciles to fly them.

The manager of the IOE coordinators told me yesterday that differences did not reset my landing quals and that I would have to wait until after another sim session for landing quals to get IOE scheduled. She also says that the landing qual sim will extend my consolidation.
