Ok weird because I was at a 1/21 LOE and I just finished my first trip that started on last wed. My sim partner who finished on 1/20 starts his first IOE on the 700 tomorrow. I would reach out to the coordinators and make sure they know you're able to do your first trip from anywhere. We both started in Fresno.

Yep I don't get it either. I was an 11/30 indoc class so I'm not sure. I haven't heard of anyone else from my class getting their IOE scheduled either. But we were also the first people to finish our LOEs in our class.

I feel really bad for you and understand your frustrations. The wait has to be incredibly difficult and to see others that came after you move on to flying really isn’t fair.
Parallel line, I got on the wait list for an earlier class several months ago after meeting unrestricted ATP requirements and then watched several people that were hired well after me get moved up to a class before me. I am at Indoc now, but it just doesn’t seem right that these coordinators do not go in order of who has been waiting the longest.
I hope this gets resolved quickly and you’re flying really soon!

this isn’t hard. Make a list of everyone waiting in order of when they took their LOE ride. When a trip is available somewhere in the United States, call the person at the top of the list who has been waiting the longest and offer the trip. If they can’t then go to the next person.
