Long training delays

Endeavor Pros:
Pay
Flow
Faster training

Endeavor cons:
Commuting

Thoughts? How bad is commuting to LGA? I obviously love endeavors pay but want to avoid commuting.
If you can avoid the commute, do it, at least in my opinion.

A buddy of mine got it assigned 2 weeks ago and it was just under a 3 month wait. If you go to the reserve tab on Sked+, click on a random bucket, then click on the higher seniority numbers' schedules you can see who is currently getting assigned IOE.

Can anyone tell me more information on how someone can do this? Commuting to work even on a short 1 1/2 flight with plenty of flight options still has me stressed out. Biggest concern is not being able to get both front/back commutable trips after a few months on reserve/line holder.

Sorry if I sound uninformed, it’s because I mostly am.

Thanks for the helps.

As someone who didn't think it would be as bad as it sounds, commuting is just as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Thankful that I eventually have an end to it within my regional career.

Default Time between ATP-CTP and indoc

I have an upcoming class date and recently received a confirmation email for my ATP-CTP date. However the email told me I should expect to complete ATP-CTP the day before my indoc begins in SLC. Is this normal? I thought ATP-CTP is 5 days M-F, but it seems as if mine will end on the following Monday with indoc on Tuesday. I am worried I may not be able to make it to SLC in time. Obviously I’ll check with my recruiter when the time is closer but wanted to seek a few answers here while I wait. Thanks!

I was told to expect about a 10 week wait for IOE. That was 2.5 weeks ago when I completed the LOE check ride.

I’m pushing 11 weeks since LOE with no IOE scheduled yet.

I assume you're on the CRJ? Any idea on the current wait for ERJ?

Did they say this was so they could push upgrades through first? That is an very long time not to be consolidating knowledge from a new type.

Are you still paid at 65 hour per month training rate while you wait? Are they recommending jump seating weekly? Hopefully there is good communication.
