Got a CJO elsewhere starting September 26th. Thing is, I hit one year here on October 2nd. Do you think it’s worth pushing my class date back to get one year in case things don’t work out as planned?

Company discretion for up to $40K in bonuses to new hires and/or CA’s.

New hires may start up to 3 years longevity but there is a snap up for all of those with less than 3 years on property

I can guarantee if there are numbers even close to the pay scales the AA carriers are getting, there are going to be some significant concessions and conditions around it too. Read the TA VERY carefully when the time comes (if it comes) the pilot group have blindly voted in a terrible deal more than once sadly.

All of them, since the mixed pairings started AA was added. A friend that was in my indoc class is based there and we were talking about it last week.
