I could have sworn I heard Chip say there was possibility of contracting those 200's back out again but that they hadn't spoken at length with Delta regarding that yet. My line was cutting out a bit so may have misheard what he said there.
Either way, a much more positive call than I had anticipated.
Did anyone else hear someone on the call say a possible 10% reduction in man power by end of the year?

looking the earnings, we still take all the 175’s but later dates, lose the Delta CPA 200’s. (55 of them zero risk 19 are delta’s the rest we own) Prorate stays but less busy. Few DL700/900’s leaving. UA 200’s contract extended 3 years..aircraft wise a wash. Maybe slightly down end 2020 then back even mind-late 2021.. Gojet asked to stop taking 700’s. Leasing problems...
so yes. I could see a 10% reduction in EMP’s. But the way it looks i think will be fine on pilots. Just shifting more pilots to the 175 over the next year. And probably keep 72 hr bids for awhile.. (all subject to flying coming back to normal aircraft utilization)

- daily departures down to 1/3 of normal
- 5000 employees have taken VTO of some duration
- CAPEX to be cut in 1/2 for 2020
- Goal is to improve to burning only $1 million a day.
- 1/3 of the fleet has no financing burden
- Delta 200s probably done unless Delta wants to resign
- United resigned the 200s in February
- All 6 Compass 175s received, 3 in service, 3 indefinitely parked.
- United 175s join in the 3rd quarter
- American 175s have no service timeline (I think)
- Prorate earnings off by 25 million, next quarter will be worse
- "Stream line" size and operation size to focus less on high-end performance costs
- CPA rates lowered or minimums waived for Q2/Q3 depending on partners needs.
- M&A as previously executed will never be on the table.
