Wishful thinking. The IOE coordinators don’t answer their emails or phone so I doubt they have any good news to share. I don’t trust any other information that’s been circulating around

Captain IOE for CRJ is down to 7-10 days from LOE to IOE, so hopefully that’s a good sign

The new FOs awaiting IOE have received zero communication about what to expect. I haven't hear a word in three months. If they don't want people interrupting them with calls and emails, they ought to put some information out.

Yeah, they sent out an email about that last week. Apparently they’re going to schedule sim sessions for those dequaling in order of when their projected IOE date is. What’s the projected IOE date? Well, no one knows.
The sim is just a maneuvers train to proficiency type from what I’ve been told by the IOE coordinators

I should’ve said no substantive communication. I did get an email about three weeks ago saying that all FOs awaiting IOE will dequal and require a sim session before being scheduled for IOE. Absolutely no information about when that might happen in the future. Presumably between now and the end of time. The communication from the company to the FOs has been abysmal.
