nope. They gave up vacation. They didn’t move on days off. We could have moved the needle on QOL and what are we about to do. Give it all away ( leverage) for a bunch of cash. Which will be useless if you can’t get the days off you need. Well I suppose the cash will come in handy when the spouses finally give up and leave. No point in sticking around for a money grabber who is never home. Boy. Mgnt played y’all. Big time. They get everything they want from the suckers who will be left. The smart ones are still running as fast as they can to the exits before the ship hits the bottom.

Was the TA approved by the pilot group?

Not yet. Vote ends on the 22nd, but it will likely pass and the rates are retroactive to the 16th.

You could certainly be right, but I wonder if it will pass. I have heard a lot of No votes. Granted, No voters will probably be more vocal. But also a lot of people think the newer FO crowd will vote yes for the money. But within my 60 person class that started last spring, 47 voted No, 9 voted Yes, and 4 are still undecided.

This is why ALPA doesn't let probationary pilots vote.

I can understand that too. I have learned so much in the past few months and it obviously takes time to better understand the intricacies of the business.
