What kinds of schedules are these FO's with side jobs holding that make it good to stay FO? How long to get such seniority?

This information you provided was found on official document summited by SKW to the SEC on Feb 2012 but since the filling of this document, Pinnacle has filled for BK, American Eagle has been working on a new concessionary contract (3 proposals), RAH pilots have put a website about the company and held a strike vote with the company now having a lawsuit, RAH secured 30 airframes from Pinnacle, XJT stopped their hiring, American started recalls again, United started recalls, United currently holding a strike vote, Delta came to a TA 7 months in advance and it closes today, and this TA was offering a 2/3 reduction in 50 seat RJ. With many more things taking place, this industry changes rather quickly and right now there is a huge amount of pieces moving and it the uncertainty will only get worse as the year progresses!

Jobs can be anything from small business, web design, CPA practice, law practice, moonlighting Dr., Nurse, etc.

How long to hold that seniority? Depends on equipment, domicile, attrition, and growth. I can tell you that with 50% seniority in domicile, you could easyily bid for any specific non-holiday weekday or weekend that you needed.

Depending on equipment, that could reasonably take anywhere from 1-5 years, or even more for small, super-senior west-coast bases.

I applied 6/1 and just got an e-mail from the pilot interview coordinator for some more info. No call for an interview yet though.
