if someone votes down a pay package stating that they want something for everyone and that one should not complain about the rates they signed on too, does this make sense as they themselves signed on to the rates they work for hence are in fact just screwing a percentage of the pilots they wish to help?

The majority of the pilots that voted this down were paid $22/hour and less for first year.
Who in their right mind would vote yes on a 4 year deal that gives $1 over 4 years? Maybe you will actually use your head when you hit second year.

Hate to break in all the fun on this thread, but one serious question for you guys. Are you all using approved EFBs on the flight line at SKW? Should a new hire consider like me consider buying one before showing up?

Not yet, maybe in the near future though. The company will provide you one when it happens.

You must be one of the wonderful pilots that complain about the 1500 hour rule.

The only thing the 1500 hour rule has done has forced the airlines to hire guys that they normally wouldn't have. I'm sure there are guys at 500 hours that would make much better pilots and employees than some of these guys.
