Yeah but at least I'm not randomly making references to your screen name on my replies to other posters.

Unless it's an immediate Delta, United, or American seniority number it doesn't really matter, anything else is a stick and a carrot.....we are the donkey

I bet it has to do with Delta Dental. As in our dental insurance.

A friend at Skywest mentioned yesterday that recently an agreement was made to allow the Skywest pilots flying the united 175 lines to be able to use delta flight benefits for their families. Can anyone confirm this? I doubt it's what you all are talking about, but still would like to know if it is true.

Wouldn't be surprised. Just think of how much money Delta is losing in annual fees.

Not that we're aware of, they recently fixed a issue that didn't allow 175 people to jumpseat on delta, maybe that's what he/she meant

That makes sense. All I've heard was that since the 175 pilots aren't yet flying any delta flights they weren't eligible for actually family flight benefits. I was skeptical when I was told that had changed. My friend is a crj pilot, and so I can imagine that he could have misunderstood what the change was.

Rumor question: if you had to put money down when would you bet that delta will start running the 175 with Skywest? I know that no one knows the future, but it's nice to dream.

Nope- we can pay the annual fee to list on company Delta Connection flights only or Jumpseat on Delta.

I have heard many rumors about it. I would say a year or less for an announcement unless we ticked them off with too much Alaskan love (doubtful since I believe all they care about is bottom line), I expect to see 900 swapped for 175, far superior aircraft and with regards to customers.

Anyone know if the description of the interview process on the company website is still accurate? Just doing some preliminary research as I approach mins.
