If our pay goes up high enough, then it will be brought back to mainline. Counting on mainline pilots is futile. All we can do is create a market force that brings it to an end.

How about now? Who is holding a gun to your head right now to do CPA flying?
No one is, that is why I am leaving. What's your reasoning for staying?

Because that was one of our branded flights. It was taken and turned into a CPA. Not Alaska then horizon, it was horizon then Alaska by horizon. Like I said, it was a branded flight. How long have you been with skywest.

I'm ****ed because the race to the bottom continues. We were never Alaska's darlings.

You place the blame on the major pilots for the outsourcing, but expect the regional pilots to correct the situation? Interesting. Seems like the only pilots that can fix the mistake are the ones that made it.

The Major pilots are not doing much to fix it. What else can we do?
Look at Delta and Alaska, they vote yes for every TA put in front of them.

Who says I am with SkyWest? Never said I was...
True. You just spend a lot of time in their forum and defend them. But you are right, it was an assumption. I am starting to think you're not even a pilot. I'm thinking desk jockey who likes the skywest flavored koolaid.

So go post in their forums. Bashing regional pilots and CPAs created by the major airlines is a waste of energy (really, posting on any forum is a waste of energy).

SkyWest makes their kool-aid sweet!

SkyWest is a descent company. There's always room for improvement, just like your pilot skills, I imagine. Ideally, we all would fly for a major and every time I buy a lottery ticket I would win millions as well. Not going to happen.

Good luck on your future (ad)ventures.
