Open time pickups is bonus time.. holding a line you must make at least guarantee which is a separate and open time does not count towards it.. clarify if incorrect thanks.
As a line holder you are awarded a minimum line value which varies month to month. You are paid on what you actually fly. You can drop or give away to as low as 58.5 hours of credit without using vacation or user time. (That is if you can actually drop or give away trips) Or you can trade or pick up as much as you want on days off up the Sked+/FAR limits.

Not much on the FO side since it is being picked up by all the new CA's waiting for IOE. (FO trips paid at CA wages, or about double time) Anything in red should be time and a half. Anything in dark blue within 120 should also be time and a half. If you call to pick it up, they either need to assign it to a reserve (unlikely since we only have a total of 58 reserves next month system wide) immediately or let you pick it up.

All or the 18? Since we know Mesa is too pathetic to buy their own airplanes.

heres another ?.. In PBS do I have to bid for individual trips # XXXXX (4) (3) etc or do I just setup the layers that I want and let PBS decide for me.>>> obviously Im low in the totem pole so im taking the scraps either way but in general what would be the best way to get what you want when its time to bid? Are there some guides that help out with this that someone has writtten? The one on the cmpny website are ****e.

Bid specific pairings in your first 2/3 layers make it the dream bid, then back yourself down to what you can hold. I'll bid pairings in my first couple of layers and then go down to pairing properties and line properties. Your graph should start out small and open up each layer until you're at 7. I take my % in base and bid down until I have a layer that's greater than that... I know I'll be able to get pairings from those layers easily.

Must be why Mesa owns one. Ask JO.
