Maybe I should clarify: I'm not in favor of flying Qs for less than 700 rates, I have not spoken with anybody in management about Qs, so I in no way drink their pee, I simply formulate my own opinions based on all available information. I'm not part of the problem, the problem is the greedy, self-centered guys who are perpetually unhappy with their job, the toxic personalities if you will.

Your 200 payscales are higher than Colgan's current Q payscales in every seat and year except 1st year FO. I think come 5 years from now as the pay scales increase per the contract they would be very close to equal, but I'd have to double check that.

I've heard Q's are off the table because we wouldn't take 200 rates.
