Sigh...
Where are you based and when were you hired ?

The theory is that RJ guys will transition in droves to the E175 when the E175 gets a Delta contract or more west coast bases. That really hasn't happened yet. The PDX and SEA bases are very small and went pretty senior just as predicted. As long as there's no Delta contract I'd expect the E175 to stay junior and people to hold off on transitioning.

My seniority would be significantly better if I transitioned to the 175 but I'm personally holding off because I don't want to lose my Delta benefits. If a Delta contract came up on the E175 I would transition and lots of other senior people would.

New green pastures for me. Thanks
We get PDC in every major hub airport (ORD, DEN, SFO, LAX, IAH, etc.) You're not going to get a PDC in even the fairly big outstations like ICT, OMA, DSM. In general you'll get a PDC at the hub airport, then you'll have to copy clearances and ATIS with a pen at the out stations.

The Jepp 10-9 will tell you what airports have PDC and Digital ATIS so you're not left guessing when you get there.

This is not SKW-specific, either the airport has digital or they don't. If they have it, SKW airplanes are equipped to get it.

Outstanding info on clearances, PDC and Acars from all of you. Thanks kindly. I do best when I prepare to the point that schoolhouse almost becomes review. A lot to grasp.

Yeah, you'll see "D-ATIS" on top of the frequency.

Trainjng question - I'm debating driving my car to DEN. Mostly worried about getting to grocery stores like Whole Paycheck - a 20 min drive per googlemaps.
What are the chances that anyone drives to training? I'd rather pay a friend for gas money than really drive myself.
Thanks

They have a shuttle that will bring you to Walmart for food runs. You really don't need a car here. We rented one over the weekend and split it so we could hit the mountains but other then that, you don't need one
