Someone had mentioned a while back that PSP was going junior. Curious if that's still the case. Thank you..

Pairing diversity. Commuters naturally prefer 4-days, while folks who live in base may often prefer locals, standups, or 2-days. This is a huge problem at SKW where 80% of the trips in certain domiciles are 4-days. Great for commuters, not so great if you live in base (unless you don't like being home.)
Credit / TAFB ratio. A typical 4-day might take you away from base for 80 hours. A great-paying 4-day would pay 26 or 27 hours credit for that time. A lousy 4-day would pay 16 hours. SKW has a minimum credit/ TAFB ratio of 4.1, meaning that if you're gone for 80 hours, you have to get slightly more than 20 hours credit.
Type of flying. Easy trips involve fewer and longer legs. On one extreme you might have the 4-day I'm currently on, with 2 legs each day for the first 3 days, and one leg on the last day. On the other extreme you might have a 23-leg 4-day, with each flight lasting 0:30 or so. These are far more exhausting than the 4-days with 7 legs.
I have an intervieuw as well. Can't wait to get out of this crappy 135 job that I'm in.

Being a junior FO, the bases I am looking at are MSP, ORD, DEN and IAH. How would you list them from best to worst in terms of best paying trips? Are there other bases that would be worth considering? I don't really care where I end up living as I am pretty open to move anywhere.

You don't get 4:1 on top of pay, you get a garuntee of a minimum of 4:1. At the end of the trip if you look back at your pay, if you didn't fly enough to have pay-to-duty ratio to exceed 4:1, company will add money to your paycheck to bring you up to a minimum ratio of 4:1.
If your trip met or exceeded that 4:1 criteria on its own then it doesn't apply to you.

You are thinking of it from the wrong angle.

Plenty of qualities can determine whether the pairings in a domicile are 'good' or 'bad.' For example:
