It will most likely be used for AQP for pilots that are in majority United flying domicles like DEN, ORD, FAT, SFO, and LAX. Sims are also used in CVG, ATL, and STL when needed and avaliable.

Really? Cuz I've been on property 4 months and have right about 400 pilots below me on the seniority list. Must be those magic beans I ate at Red Iguana, lolz.
I don't think we are getting 100 a month. That would be awesome though as I would move up quickly. But the shrink will come. Both DL and UA are taking back their flying and at a faster rate. i learned in college that airlines hires until they furlough. Sitting around here waiting to upgrade in 4 years is a terrible personal plan if there are airlines upgrading in under a year. I'm doing what I need to do. You all can do what you want. Wait it out here if you feel that will get you to the majors
Anybody see the DVR? Good to see two CRJ upgrade classes, plus the biggest number of CRJ FO vacancies in SFO I've ever seen. May the movement continue...

My guess is they are keeping guys in ORD until they need them somewhere else. In other words, they don't want to let guys into a base where they won't want to transfer out of (like SFO) if they will be needed elsewhere. It's easy to get people to leave ORD, west coast bases not so much. It's going to be slow going for new hires on the 175. Until you get at least a year under your belt, expect your seniority to suck. 72 more new hires on the CRJ this month, those guys are going to see movement much faster. We're just not training many new hires on the 175 due to all the transitions.
