hey guys. few questions please, if you could care to answer.
1. does skywest plan to hire in 2012 as of the rumors right now?
2. is DEN base going senior or junior at Skywest? chances of getting it out of training?
3. how much are reserves flying on average per month? is there an option to fly more if you want to earn the extra buck? how long on reserve in DEN?
4. and what about my chances of getting hired with 1000TT and 700 multi all 121 ATR 42 time?
thanks a lot.

Very good unless you have deficient people skills or something. But you will need to know all your 121 shnizzle as well as your current airplane.

got lucky with a job offer from an airline abroad that would hire at 250tt, so I was actually above their minimum requirement with 300

I'm asking some questions for a friend who only has a Gmail account and thus can't register. His class date is January 2012, so yeah, SKY does have classes for the next year, and he got the interview call by going to the PHX Open House, wearing a suit, and studying his posterior off before the full interview, with 1200 total time and 400 multi MEI time.
Anyways, is anyone familiar with SKY's CRJ-200 limitations, specifically the icing conditions for ground operations CRJ700/900 vs. 200? He's trying to figure out if the type II or IV fluid requirement applies to all three, or just the 700/900. He's also wondering if that requirement should be type III vs. type II fluid.
Next, how strict is SKY on the wording of the limitations? For example, if the number is "250 and below", is "250 and lower" considered acceptable?
He's also asking if anyone would be willing to review his crib sheet (saves on paper vs. the study packet) to make sure he's doing it accurately. PM me and I'll send his verboten gmail address.
He does promise to get a real email once he has an income.
Thanks from a friend and from me!
