Is SkyWest hiring into the 175 or are they hiring into the CRJ and only allowing pilots already on the seniority list to move to the 175?

It looks like new hires are now being put into initial 175 training, due to lack of interest from current first officers bidding into the aircraft. Don't bother to ask who's getting offered the 175 instead of the jet, that reasoning hasn't been leaked yet. For those potentially interested in flying a "real" jet with engines under the wings instead of the aging Canadian Reset Junker, please be very aware that A: ORD is the only current domicile, all others are rumors and conjectures until the official bid announcement comes out. B: Lines are hard lines, and they suck and are plain unkind to commuters since they are mostly locals and we only have a bare handful of destinations and aircraft currently. C: When the domiciles that aren't the least desirable domicile (read: perpetually junior, AKA, CHICAGO) at SkyWest are finally announced, expect the bid to go exponentially more senior. New hires might find themselves on reserve on the 175 for a very very, very, very long time. Or not, who really knows.

D: No Delta benefits which is probably one of the reasons current pilots are staying away.

Maybe. I could really care less about any of our flight benefits. Everything's always oversold anyway, and we're on the bottom of the list with buddy passes. Bring that 175 to DEN and I'll probably bid it.

Is there anywhere on SWOL we can look up the pairings for the 175? I'm curious what they are and down the road if like to know before I'd contemplate putting a bid in for it.
