The Borg is large with long tentacles or testicles, I can never remember which, it could be both, in Anita's case.....

Beginning November 1st, all first year FO's will go from $22 to $24 an hour. Finally what first year Comair rates were before bankruptcy in 2007....

Commute air first year goes to $30/hr, but they feel $24 is industry leading. I had coke come out my nose on that one.

I just did some interview prep in a Frasca yesterday. I think I'm hireable but was wondering if anyone cared to share how they did on sim during interview.
I know of one guy who turned on unprotected side of a hold and another who tracked outbound from the VOR for 5 min before figuring it out. Both were hired.......

Not to toot my own horn but I had the thing on rails the whole time. Probably why I forgot the landing gear because you have to concentrate harder than ever to keep that thing from going all over the "sky".
I managed to somehow remember to lower the gear and that is what really counts I suppose.

Well I wasn't right on the rails but never hit more than 3/4 deflection. That thing is dang sensitive. You can't do ANYTHING but fly the plane. Look down at your plate and all the sudden your climbing like a homesick angel !

Do they choose candidates to fly the sim randomly or is there criteria for not having to be put through it?
