Considering skywest as an employer... what does commute from dfw to Houston/ord/lax look like??

Of course i understand that everything is a possibility. Live in DFW and can't move. What would be best equipment and commute possibility? I also understand im thinking way ahead but I need to know what life would look like before i even considered applying. Thanks in advance!

Considering commuting to/from large cities, here is some general perspective...
From a hub to non-hub, usually not too bad.
From hub to hub, now it get's tighter, because you have folks going both directions.
If one or both hubs has multiple airlines with pilot domiciles then it has the potential for ugliness. LAX, DFW, ORD all fall into this category. As a junior regional pilot I wouldn't recommend it.

I would just drive DFW-IAH rather than trying to do hub-hub commuting. What RickAir said is spot on.
