Hopefully I'll keep my line. I'm worried what will happen as all the 50 seat RJs get chopped next year as United takes the flying back to the 737s and the RJ guys have to bump over

Good, would love to see all the 50 seat RJ's get chopped.

The ERJ pilot group has to grow A LOT. I don't think someone hired today will have much if any reserve on any airframe. Plus so many people leaving.

Just to keep things On track: you were hired in sept15, Indoc/systems/sim in 2 weeks. IOE wait 3 days. Did only one leg of IOE because you are THAT good. And you've been doing 90+ hours a month since. True, you hold a line! By the time seniors start transitioning to the ERJ you will be in United, so no worries there for ya! The fumes from mommy's basement are really getting to you

50 seaters are the most profitable airframe at OO right now. United 700's are the least profitable. We're swapping United 700's for United 175's and almost every 700 that's come off contract so far has been placed in service for another carrier. I've heard we will be putting some 700's in dtw as well. Long story short, with incredibly attractive lease terms/prices and profitable routes the 200 isn't going anywhere in the near term. It's the new Brasilia.

Unfortunately, the majors have already sounded the death knell on the 200s. They are going. And by the time they leave, gas will be headed back up skywards and will expedite their departure.

All Delta 175s are going on the west coast. Delta bennies included for those bases.
So unless CRJ transitions are heavy, it's not far off

Once seniority is finally honored and the Delta flying is established, my guess is you will see quite a bit of movement to the 175 from the RJ pilots. It may not matter much in regards to movement from the bottom with the amount of attrition we have been seeing (225 so far this year)
