So I'm upgrading and I know I'll be on reserve to start and don't have much experience with it since I only had around a month and a half of reserve as a new hire. As someone that lives in base and prefers the 4-4 reserve, are the new crappy proffering rules going to screw me a bunch? I know it's been horribly implemented and is screwing people over and needs to be changed, but from what I can gather it won't be any worse than normal

Not UND, but this is why I wanted to ask here. I KNOW it's the recruiters job to tell you whatever it takes to get your butt in their seat. Everyone who I have talked to who have actually worked for SKW(not recruiter) worked with the company 5+ years ago and it appears quite a bit has changed. Maybe it was my bid, or it’s just me.. but I’ll reiterate the whole “go somewhere else” mentality.
The folks in SEA on the Crj that won’t be getting the incentive $$ for being displaced somewhere they don’t want to be, because of a poorly worded PPM and a company that actively tries to milk ever dollar they can for their employee, I am sure would agree to my sentiments ;) |

I have two Instructors that recently called and said the recruiters told them we had a Dallas base. I didn’t believe that’s what was said until I called the recruiter and got the same spill. |
