Why don't you crawl out of your mom's basement, and go work for CompASS like you said you would?;)

Not sure if that was directed at me since I have mentioned his initials in a couple of my posts. I have been on one van ride with MM and I think swapped planes with him another. That is the extent of my relationship with him. But I feel that when he was President, there was more of a push back to get a better deal for the pilots and not roll over when the company wanted something.

Thankfully I have never needed RJ's help with the company regarding discipline and I know he does a lot for the pilot group with that. But I don't think there is a true feel for how this whole PBS thing is effecting the pilot group. You just have the guys that will look behind the curtain at PBS and almost defend what is happening to our group or call you stupid for doing something that caused the problem. It easy to dismiss how much the CRJ guys are working when you are on the 175 flying 5 days a month on reserve or have the ability to bid for what you want and get it because it's not trying to stuff your bid with 88 hours.

I'm not sure what you think MM's agenda is, but I appreciated his communication and visibility into what challenges SAPA faced when he was in there. I know meeting notes can't be available right after the meeting and most of the time need to be voted on and approved. But we don't have any SAPA meeting notes since Oct 2015. How many SAPA meetings have they had since then? And the only reason those are on there is because MP made an issue to get them published. So where are we to get our info from to not get in a frenzy?? Right now we are getting an update from our Prez about every 2 months.

Great we have a call every week that maybe 40 people join. We have asked for detailed notes or someway to listen to the call afterwords but still nothing. There is a huge disconnect between the current EB and what I would describe as most line pilots. I personally don't bother calling anyone anymore because it is a waste of time because nothing is ever done. Which I'm sure is exactly what the company wants and worth every penny they pay SAPA.

You sure do a lot of complaining/whining here on APC! I'm curious though, aside from your incessant crying here, what are YOU actually doing to improve things here at skywest? In my experience, the loudest critics are usually the least willing to give their time to actually make a difference!
Keep up the *****ing here and watch as nothing improves, or you could always volunteer, but I doubt that's likely to happen...

And therein lies the problem. Recruiting shouldn't be pushing the CRJ, they should be ASSIGNING the CRJ.

In your mom's basement? Good call. Don't worry, study hard and maybe you'll pass that Private Pilot written exam next time.

I've gotten not 1 but 3 separate PM's from SKW guys apologizing for the 10%ers here in as many days.

Way to represent to a potential new hire who also has an offer from Compass and hasn't made up his mind, Word.

Geez.

Republic is hiring.

Is this what you're doing in the cargo hold instead of loading bags.

Get off APC and give me the CLR.
