Nope not all of the time but it's sure a hell of a lot better than other places I've worked!

Maybe you just haven't been here long enough to have a real "perspective" on how much our quality of life has been falling...

Then you have not worked anywhere but here and you are new to SkyWest. The last 5 years have been a downward spiral and chip a way is comin for you....

I've been around long enough... This isn't my first carrier nor is it my first "career".
There's a lot that could be better here for sure (PBS software) but it's useless to constantly complain about it here on APC... It also gets old hearing all the complaints about the guys in SAPA when they aren't willing to volunteer themselves.

SAPA does no good and everyone's sick of it. You can tell by the voter turn out. I know a few people that have been reps and give it up after one term because most of the reps are just looking for a better position.

I found another glitch in the PBS software last month that is very beneficial if you know about it and I called the help line to get an explanation. Their response "we don't know why it's doing that".

You are right is it doesn't do any good to complain but if people got ad mad about everything else as they did about the d*** water bottle it would be smooth sailing.
