Care to tell everyone which airline booted them?

Multi-booting

Maybe it was just one rogue CA who booted all of them en masse! :D

I'm willing to bet there's more to the story. They don't have to live on our pay package and after seeing 9E's we certainly didn't lower the bar.

I'm willing to bet the same. And this from a guy who works for a company that spends way too much time talking about you guys. I've not encountered anyone who really cares one way or another about your "contract."

Nope. I'm sure you know which airline. Not gonna throw gas on a garbage fire.

Our "contract" has little to do with it. Our parent company sent an airline out pasture and they have every right to be livid. Sure, yea, it's capitalism and they got too expensive. Heck it was mostly mainline's call, but these guys have a bone to pick and...well...here we are.

I'll cut them a break for a great many things. But not taking it out on people trying to jumpseat, who had nothing to do with the underlying issue

Agreed. No matter what would happen to my company and career, I wouldn’t take it out on someone trying to get to and from work to support their family. That’s taking it out on the wrong person. No pilot wants bad things to happen to pilots at other regionals. It isn’t the commuting pilot that’s hurting you, it’s the company.
