Flip, you are painting with a broad brush. I'm very senior and I can tell you the tide is turning. Even the senior guys are getting fed up and want change. And yes many of them are vocal about the BS going on.

To the effect that I was talked to about my SAPA posts and that TG didn't appreciate what I was saying. Management has direct access to the SAPA forums and I stopped posting all together, the EB doesn't help either.

Ya, there are guys swilling koolaid, but to say ALL the senior guys feel that way is flat out incorrect.

That is true. I should say I notice more and more of the senior guys finally complaining about quality of life and whatnot so you are correct. I shouldn't say all of them.

Newsflash, more than a few of those "top guys" have spearheaded the last 3 unsuccessful Union drives. Plenty of junior guys didn't want to rock the boat, broad brushes get paint on everything, including koolaid drinking junior guys.

Count me as one junior guy ready to rock the boat hard and long. Let's let the current situation stew until the summer flying comes on in a tidal wave. Moral is just approaching the edge of the cliff, won't be long now before the plumet. I'm sure support will be much easier to find then.

What are you hoping to accomplish? With all of the ALPA carriers out there why did you chose skywest? Why not somewhere like compass?

Let me just be very clear. Flip69 is NOT the Denver/ASE based FO named Flip who some of you may know.

Maybe TG needs to put down his coffee and wake up to what's going on.
I never was a big fan and am even less impressed since he got the VP.

Haven't dealt with him first hand... Can he possibly be worse than KB?

WhistleBlwr 03-09-2016 03:54 PM

Well KB agreed to reserve proffering.
TG won't even talk about it.
That would be a huge benefit to those on Reserve.
