What are you hoping to accomplish? With all of the ALPA carriers out there why did you chose skywest? Why not somewhere like compass?

No one else did, but I saw what you did there. Haha
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I suspect that many know exactly what I did but are silent hoping it gets swept under the rug like countless other things that seem to get swept under the rug here.

HAHAHAHAHAH.....Oh you just rock that boat junior guy. Let's see how tough your talk really is.
What is that supposed to mean? |
Am I hireable by Skywest?
I have 3 busts (Private, Instrument and ME-add on) Ive passed Commercial CFI, CFII and MEI. It's sounds bad but allow me put it into context. At the time I was (and still am) active duty in the military, attending Embry-Riddle (3.6 GPA) and a single dad. I am not saying that as an excuse just wanted to clarify that learning to fly wasn't the only thing I was doing. Would I be considered? FWIW I was hired by another regional, because they had domiciles that would work for me as far as child care (I haven't gone to class yet, awaiting separation). My child care situation has changed and Skywest's domiciles work better for me.

Prospects, for the record it's rare to find this level of douche on the line. Still, if you want seniority to be followed look elsewhere. It's mearly a "recommend order" for management. Some people clearly don't like me saying that but it's the truth. Come here and find out. |

Same argument could've been made back when we first started flying the E175. I still think if as a pilot group we could've held off on bidding for the plane until pay rates and details like travel bennies were worked out, we would've been better off. The fact that it took over a year to get jump seat access on Delta should tell you everything you need to know about how worried our People department is about taking care of the employees. I swear that some of the Bro pilots didn't have the same travel benefits back in the day, but I can't remember for sure. It seems like there was a Bro base that didn't do flying for a partner and they didn't have flight benefits.
