It happened for the bro to CRJ transitions. Eventually it all works out...

You're dead wrong. Seniority here means nearly nothing.

Not on pbs, not on upgrades or base transfers. It's ridiculous.

PBS just sucks that will never change without any real representation.

The transitions had classes reserved for them. For instance most of LAX ERJ is transitions. PDX had transitions; however people didn't take the spots being held for them.

They will still get their class in June/July.

I won't be happy if they stomp all over my seniority over and over and over in favor of junior people. I won't be drinking the koolaid you are obviously drinking.

You guys all need to just chill out. All this information is in the latest SAPA newsletter and covered in detail in the SAPA meeting notes. We all know that loss of license insurance and getting retired pilots flying our planes is the top priority for our pilot group and what we all want SAPA working on right now. If there were more pressing issues, believe me SAPA would be working on them. /sarcasm

Aren't that senior... Why does this phrase keep coming up here? Why do the "senior" folks want all us "junior" people to shut up and fall in line? Maybe if the seniors would actually give a **** and do something people like me wouldn't have to raise all the red flags. But that's right, once you're "senior" enough you don't care anymore cause it doesn't affect you. I know all this same stuff happened to the bro people and I screamed then too. The "seniors" then all told me to pipe down too. No wonder seniority isn't honored anywhere here.

Newsflash. That isn't just kool-aid you're drinking.

The top guys are VERY protective of the company and its lack of any kind of respect of seniority. They won't rock the ship. Even as it keels over, they'll be playing the same old music and hoping to hang on till the end. You question them and they'll push you out. The blood is koolaid.

Loss of license insurance is actually a good thing, and glad to see SAPA working on that. That alone was worth my ALPA dues.
