What are you hoping to accomplish? With all of the ALPA carriers out there why did you chose skywest? Why not somewhere like compass?

Let me just be very clear. Flip69 is NOT the Denver/ASE based FO named Flip who some of you may know.

No one else did, but I saw what you did there. Haha

Maybe TG needs to put down his coffee and wake up to what's going on.
I never was a big fan and am even less impressed since he got the VP.

Haven't dealt with him first hand... Can he possibly be worse than KB?

Well KB agreed to reserve proffering.
TG won't even talk about it.
That would be a huge benefit to those on Reserve.

Live in Chicago. Wanted to be based here ASAP and no place looked more promising at the time. Not commuting was priority number one. I like this place a lot, but the number one problem I have is the blatant disregard for seniority in transfers/transitions and PBS awards. I don't care how we fix it but it's starting to seem like a union is the last and only tool we have left to try.

I suspect that many know exactly what I did but are silent hoping it gets swept under the rug like countless other things that seem to get swept under the rug here.

Default Am I hireable by Skywest?

I have 3 busts (Private, Instrument and ME-add on) Ive passed Commercial CFI, CFII and MEI. It's sounds bad but allow me put it into context. At the time I was (and still am) active duty in the military, attending Embry-Riddle (3.6 GPA) and a single dad. I am not saying that as an excuse just wanted to clarify that learning to fly wasn't the only thing I was doing. Would I be considered? FWIW I was hired by another regional, because they had domiciles that would work for me as far as child care (I haven't gone to class yet, awaiting separation). My child care situation has changed and Skywest's domiciles work better for me.

I know of one guy who got hired with 3 checkride failures. If you're open and honest about it, can talk about what you learned, and have attained those advanced ratings without any issues, and your overall flight time is decent, I'd say you have a good chance.
