Thanks for all the info! I have a class date in DEC. Still have an interview with Envoy scheduled, but thinking of cancelling now that they are opening a base in NY since I'm guessing most new hires will go there. I'm looking for ORD as soon as it is possible.

Anybody know if an SIC type qualifies for the $7500 hiring bonus? I'm SIC typed in the SD3 with 14XX hours and I'm considering SKW.
Also, if I understand this correctly I'd be on the junior side out of training due to the last four of SSN determining seniority. Any idea how long it'd take to get a PHX base or what would be the easiest base to commute to out of PHX? Thanks in advance everyone. |

You will have to choose the CRJ if you want PHX. |

Regarding the last 4 of SSN, if your last 4 starts with '9,' will that be a higher seniority than if your last 4 starts with '0?'
No. The smaller numbers are better. |

Haha thanks, I got some bad intel from a friend then.
What about junior FO lineholder (Ejet) ORD & DEN? ORD: 9/14 Again, impossible to determine with precision until they start publishing line awards. These are based on number of targeted lineholders for Oct, and do not take into consideration senior pilots not bidding (usually due to being on leave of some sort). |

Awesome, thanks. I assume it's easy to get CRJ but out of curiosity how is the aircraft determined/assigned?

does anyone know how long to get to / hold a line in DEN and SLC (crj). is it still true that the east coast (ORD and DTW) is still very quick to a line. about 6 months ago I heard that SLC was about 1 year to get to, is that true? Thanks in advance.

I was given the choice right after my interview. ERJ classes seem pretty much full for the next few months, but not so CRJ. Anyone know the numbers?
