Hey guys, looking for some updated information on the airline.
1. What is the current upgrade time?
2. Can a new-hire pick-up enough flying to hit 100/hrs month, 1000/year on any of the fleets?
3. What is the current reserve wait time?
4. How long does it take to hold DEN these days?
5. What bases can be held straight out of initial?
6. What's the average after-tax take home monthly pay for those of you still on first year pay?

2. Yes. But I get nowhere near 100hrs of block a month but I always credit close to 100. I get credit more if I was a workaholic. I know some guys crediting 125hours a month.
3. Depends on your base. If you go to DTW, basically you'll get a line as soon as your able to bid (depends what day of the month if you finish IOE, so you could get reserve for as little as 3 weeks-2 months), or you could go to a different base and be on reserve for much longer. It's a dynamic environment right now.
4. DEN is close to 6-8 months from new hire start date (plan 2-4 months for training). Again, this is also dynamic. Feb 2016 hires got Denver before finishing training.
5. E175: LAX, SFO. CRJ: ORD, MSP, DTW
6. Depends on deductions and how much you fly or if you are reserve etc but I've seen anywhere from $2000-3200 takehome per month pay first year.

Who else here is still waiting on IOE for the CRJ? I'm getting bored.

Reminder "paid time to wait" is only min guarantee... finish IOE so you can pick up trips and actually make money.
Also.. possibly check in with The IOE coordinator to make sure you are listed as able to do IOE in any base and that you're actually on the list if you notice people below you are getting assigned before you. I went 2 weeks and called to find out an unchecked paperwork error didn't even have me on the IOE list
. It happens. Best of luckSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
