Anybody work in the training dept. specifically FTD/CTP that would care to answer a few questions for me? Please PM.

Thank you.
Quote: Does anyone have the updated CRJ DOH to line holder times for DTW and ORD? Trying to estimate how long reserve will be. I should finish class by the end of March.
The DVR shows they are bringing the total crews in dtw to 147. That would mean you'd be a line holder for the first bid qualified in base.

That sounds like great news! Thank you!

That's not true at all. Of the 130 something ppl on the DTW seniority list approximately only 80 bid. There are 62 guaranteed lines and 67 target lines. The DVR doesn't really help you figure out how long you will be on reserve. I did 1 month of reserve and then got a composite for January and would have gotten a line for feb. but I am transferring. Plan on doing at least 1 month of a reserve line for DTW

So your telling me with 147 crews they are only planning on having 67 lines in the near future? The seniority list is only part of the puzzle. That is 80 reserve crews. Sounds legit right? You have been online a month and got it all figured out. Your surely gonna be a delta in a year

So you must be brand new and you're explaining to all of us how the DVR works? The reason there are so few bidding is because there are a large number of people who have not finished training. The number of lines is growing quickly. A new hire today should expect to finish the month out on reserve after finishing IOE and then plan on at the very least a composite line the first month you are able to bid.

ORD CRJ has 278 FOs and February had 130 something guaranteed lines and 158 target lines.

You're is a contraction for "You Are"

Be nice.

Trying to estimate how long you'll be on reserve for is like trying to estimate the next winning lottery number based on the previous winning lottery numbers.
Quote: When does the first class start at the new Den training center? Anybody going to the atp-ctp on the 4th and crj ground on the 27th?
I'll be at ATP-CTP on the 4th and ground school on the 27th as well. Did you choose the CRJ?

So you're telling me there's a chance...
