They sure are taking their sweet time with the DVR this month.

You didn't take your sweet time to post a complaint about it!

Where can you find pilot posts for thos trips?

Should show up in open time, different color than company OT.

For those of us who are happy in our base of choice, which is the vast majority, the DVR is an afterthought. For others, its contents can be life changing and require major preparations to be taken.

It's normally out right around this time of the month. It came out early a couple times lately, but usually closes around the end of the month.

Not just midwest bases.

Tough call.

Help relieve staffing pressure and enhance QOL for line pilots, while still growing?

Allow SGU to get by without paying more to attract/retain pilots?

I honestly don't know which it is... maybe both.

Not necessarily a bad thing either way if there are protections to further scope erosion. But the key question is what did the pilot group get in return for this policy change?

A very small select group of pilots (including at least 2 SAPA reps) who are close to retirement will still get to fly airliners as a hobby in retirement. That's what the pilot group gets.

How many of our pilots even know that this program exists?

Exactly.. im fine letting someone retired fly the Roswell paint repos. Reserve pilots should NEVER have to drive a rental from ABQ to ROW ever!!! (Done that twice)
