Lol....that would be sweet, but unfortunately not anywhere near true.

Not all of those together. But, individually, these are not requirements any longer.

Yes they are for most people. May (likely) change, but not yet.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the people getting hired sans one of those things are still an outlier.

Now it seems guys are getting other bases out west immediately after training.

This could be temporary because of the recent addition of BOI and SAN.

It took me 3 months of ORD before I could hold SFO.

Is ORD jr for CRJ? Can one get CRJ out of training?

Go to SkyWest.com/careers > Pilot > Seniority. You can see the most junior FO and CA's hire date at every base. On the ERJ, ORD/SAN/BOI/LAX are all equally junior right now. SFO slightly more senior and PDX and SEA the most senior at 7 months. But 3 of those months will be spent training. CRJ side is a bit different. As an FO you can get anywhere in the system pretty quickly.

Yes, new hires are getting ORD on the CRJ before finishing training.

Looks like ORD was assigned to FOs still in class or just out of training on the CRJ side. I think everything but places like COS and PHX are pretty JR on the CRJ but its not my fleet.

Which base covers the Delta Connection routes that go through CVG? Just curious. Thanks.
