If someone gets bypassed out of seniority order (because they need them in the right seat), then they get CA pay while keeping their FO seniority... not horrible. |

Some part 135/charter 91 hours qualify, but essentially it's hard requirement because it's not in company SOP but FARs §121.436 For prior part 121 folks, it will definitely drop significantly. It already happened once when in March award dropped to 9 months, with a current grow and a lot of senior FOs bypassing for QOL and waiting for home base, I think no later than January it will basically be direct entry CA program for qualified new hires. |
