You bet your a** if they had to share a room when they went for recurrent it would be a diff story. All they try and do is keep the top 1000 or so satisfied so they can try and spread the koolaid around.

I wasn't sure if it was going to happen over there or not. I think it's a dumb idea, but it's already in progress at 9E.

Interesting.
I've thougt the opposite, as in ripping seats out would not only encourage brand loyalty by way of leg room but also help the environmental system.
