Here is the cold hard truth for anyone thinking of coming here:
You will sit reserve, you won't break guarantee due to the company bending the rules to make sure of it! When your busy busting your butt to make sure you get an time departure you get NO bonus (sorry have to be 2 years). You will get "delayed" into your days off with nothing more than oh well it's your trip so you have to do it, and you get nothing!!!! Your "vacation" will be canceled due to company needs if somehow your awarded vacation. The ONLY days off you can guarantee are your sick days, and even those are being questioned now. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere that has real work rules instead of "that's the way we've always done it" and that actually pays what a pilot should be worth instead of padding managements bonuses! |
