Not that I agree with it or condone it (for the millionth time), but it's just what inc wants. I hate to see it, but I'm not putting blinders on, it's real. And it's here already. Opening a base would save costs. The amount of deadheading is ridiculous

I still remember scoffing at management when they said (years ago) that Skywest would only fly in the western US and xjt in the eastern US. I knew it was a lie because it was already a lie when they said it. They must've thought we don't look at the two route maps on the Skywest web page.

Literally they convinced themselves, because once again, they are raised without critical thinking skills, that they are in charge of making sure the company and their executives get record profits, or that as a "regional" you can't expect a reasonable wage.

This fully describes almost all of management and what they expect of employees. It's a true Utah mentality!

I've heard from several people there should be an announcement tomorrow, possibly for 175s for Delta funded by the sackless pilot group and our make believe reps.

They may be, but Skywest, Inc. has been the one pulling the strings to destroy two of the best unionized regionals to work for. Hopefully, now we can more effectively work together to extract our pound of flesh from those in St. George.

Everything has been a lie from day one.

Every regional is a lie. We all must leave as soon as we can. Don't delay and stay more than three years.

Whatever deal was cooked up was drafted well before the "sackless" funding.
