I have absolutely no idea about your work rules, but I'd bet we do better than you do also. Yeah we don't get the bonus that Delta manages to pay you, but I'll do $10K+ with the ones we get. (Along with the significantly higher pay rates.) I make $25 an hour more than your highest paid captain and I'm not topped out on the scale and you're talking about us raising the bar? Your pathetic agreement is what management uses to keep our rates low. |
