You may think you're working yourself to death and deserve bonuses everytime you pushback on time, but if OO caved in to that, we'd all be out of work in three years or less.

Just what is it you think you deserve while working here? When all the whiners keep whining, all we hear is "This place sucks. We deserve more. Other places are better.....yackity, yack, yack", but no one gives realistic ideas on how to improve this awful, rough life at Skywest that apparently isn't bad enough to walk away from.

I am not happy about the pay package. I am not happy about what is happening at xjt.

I fully understand Skywest as a group passed this pay package but I have no interest in it no matter what they claim for the future.

I'm the same as you guys.... This recent pay debacle and the negative circumstances affecting XJT has increased my awareness about the nature of SkyWest, Inc. and the regional industry as a whole. I'll be leaving for sure, upgrade or not. After two years of service here, I've had enough. Two more years aren't worth it. Spring 2018 is my planned date of exit. If I weren't involved with other projects, I would make it happen sooner.
