Looks like more new hires headed for MCO in June according to SWAPA projections. Both BWI and MCO appear to be going more junior than OAK...

Where?

I was holding a blank line in PHX within 7 months as a 2015 hire.

The minute they open another domicile the resulting system-wide thrash is going to make any guesses regarding the juniority of any given base meaningless.

Tbd. The new hire in MCO thing is brand new. Will it continue that way? Lines are being written to prevent WOCL flying on the east coast which caused a one time manning shift in that direction. There is also some normal seasonal increase in MCO. Once things settle down, I suspect MCO will stagnate like it has in the past. My sim partner lives in Orlando and waited almost two years to hold the plug there.

Currently I would guess 6 months to hold a blank, but when the music stops, MCO guys generally don't shift bases with the exception of a few snowbirds. Lots of folks moved out there when the base opened.
