Less flexibility. Can’t trade reserve days with the company to move them around.
Can only trade with other pilots - assuming you find someone who is willing to trade.

If you can get the days off you want rsv in base is great. Usually end up with 3+ days unused and if they mess with you the pay is good without having to play the open time game. And not messing with elitt is like quitting your second job. Lol

Mainly because, like AMs, there's no compelling reason to do them when I don't have to (and thankfully, I don't have to do either).
INT boils down to more work, more hassle and more exposure for, maybe, a tiny bit more pay.
I've BTDT in previous lives. You can have it.
