e6b still batting a thousand I see. Perhaps APC could start a sub forum about non rev loads that directs people to that site/app.

What's a typical first and second year guy, flying his awarded line, make at SWA?

Is it pretty easy to boost that with overtime flying?

Avg line value is around 95. With per diem you’re looking at mid to upper 80k’s for yr 1 by flying your line.

Yr 2 is prob around mid $120k’s.

Living in base it’s easy to pad your paycheck. I’ve got friends who commute who regularly do 110-120 a month.

Yr 1 - 71.42 tfp
Yr 2 - 106.37 tfp on 9/1/19

Good answer above for those wanting to fly the line. For those that want to hustle you can do better with a bit of effort. I did about $116K in Year 1 and am on track for about $180K in Year 2. I commuted for a while but now live in base. Hope this helps.

I’m working a rsv schedule this month, it’s 4 on 3 off.

Been here 2.5 years. Have never been awarded an open time trip. I also have a family and work my line so that leaves fewer opportunities to pick up as well.

It’s really hard to give away a 4 day, reserve, or weekend trips. Open time is going at straight, and there is not much of it.

When I commuted, when I was on 4 day trips, I had 1 full day a week at home. Unless you live in base, how is picking anything up going to work with that schedule, unless you don’t go home?

Unless you:
Live in base
Have no family obligations
Have 4-5 years seniority
- Don’t plan on any open time, or “trading” all your trips.

What went on here 3-4 years ago, is no longer the case.

I flew a premium open time turn yesterday paying almost double the daily rig. It’s there just gotta be in base to play the game.
