I've been able to lance in LAX since August and LAS since last month. While I'm not based there and do not plan to be I wouldn't change base in Hope's of lance since I yavent seen Lance's awarded in any if these bases since I've been eligible. I'm not sure if the company is replacing them as they leave or not at all since the numbers haven't changed

Go check out the UAL forum about rsv at other airlines thread. Sounds like their rsv is hot garbage and you’ll be commuting to it for years unless you move to base (which is prob why they’ve got unfilled vacancies). Seems to me if the company wants people to bid that they should make rsv more lucrative than it was in their Tumi TA.

Write the numbers 1-25 on post it notes and stick them to the wall at random. Put a blindfold on. Toss a dart at the wall. If you hit a number, great. That’s how long it’ll take. If you hit the wall, sorry about your luck…that’s a black swan event that throws all bets off.
You can count on upgrade somewhere between 5-10 years. Maybe more. Who knows?
