Maybe the company is going to bring the CJOs in first since they are cheaper?

Interviews in October don’t mean class dates this year. My guess is all ExTO pilots back on property before new hires start class. Interviews make sense. Filling classes right now doesn’t.

Don't have a TFP calculator, but 80hrs X $191 (12yr FO recall), is 1K less than (80hrs X $84) + (50ish hrs X $191) (CJO + EXTO), could be pretty much a wash financially.

What happens when it’s more than 80hrs?

Also, what makes you say 12yr FO? Many of the people who took the 5 year ExTO were very junior.

Well that's why they needed the 10%. Pandemic bargain shopping.

We aren’t paid in hours. Plus don’t you mean 108tfp? That’s what the current contract was based on.

If it’s a more junior guy, recalling becomes cheaper for the company (first year guy on exto + CJO = 130hrs paid vs 80hrs for recall), and if it’s more than 80hrs it becomes more expensive for the company, so that is why I took 80&12.
Like I said, could be a wash..........
